Account Terms of Credit

Account customers shall, unless Heritage Building Products otherwise agrees in writing, pay not later than twenty-one (21) days after the end of month from date of invoice issued by Heritage Building Products, the cost of goods purchased upon credit, disclosed by that invoice account. Heritage Building Products may, without notice, suspend sale of goods on credit to an account customer when any account rendered by Heritage Products is unpaid and outside our trading terms, mentioned above.

Credit Limit

Heritage Building Products may require immediate payment of the price of goods obtained by credit by an account customer in excess of the account customer's credit limit.

Heritage Building Products may upon application by the account customer supported by such further information as the seller may specify, agree in writing to vary the credit limit granted to the account customer.

Termination of Credit Account

Heritage Building Products may terminate this credit agreement by seven (7) days notice in writing to the other. Alternatively an account customer may be placed on 'STOP CREDIT' until all outstanding monies are banked and cleared.
