| ORDERS |
Subject to availability,
48 hours notice is required for delivery on all orders. |
| PAYMENT |
Payment for product ordered by
non-account clients is prior to or upon delivery of goods. Credit
accounts are due on or before 21 days from the end of the month after
delivery of the goods, unless other terms of payment have been
arranged. Please make cheques payable to Heritage Building Products
and send to P O Box 1398, Wodonga 3689. |
| PRICES & QUOTES |
Outside of quotations, prices are
subject to alteration without notice. Delivery charges will be made at
time of dispatch. All prices are GST inclusive. Quotations are valid
for 14 days. |
DELIVERY AREA
|
Deliveries within a 10 km radius of
Albury/Wodonga and Wagga Wagga are included in the price quoted. For
delivery prices outside these areas, please consult Heritage Building
Products. Our cartage contractors are not permitted to drive on
concrete crossings or driveways. |
MINIMUM DELIVERY
|
Please consult Heritage Building
Products for delivery charges applicable to orders of quantities less
than 1,000 units. |
| DELIVERY |
Clients are required to sign the
delivery dockets before goods are unloaded. Variations on quantities
from those shown on delivery dockets must be reported to Heritage
Building Products within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise no
responsibility will be accepted for such claims.
Goods delivered to unattended sites
are the customer’s responsibility and Heritage Building Products will
not accept claims for shortages.
Where delivery arrangements have
been made between the customer and subcontractor onto or within the
grounds of the site Heritage Building Products will not be held
responsible for any damage to property or product. |
| RETURNS |
Please choose carefully as we are
unable to refund or give credit on your selection. |
| CLAIMS |
Claims for faulty products will not
be accepted once the product has been laid. Claims for damages must be
made within 24 hours of delivery. |
| ESTIMATES |
Heritage Building Products gives
quantity estimates for guidance only. NO Responsibility is taken for
accuracy, variations or over ordering. The customer will be charged
for all products delivered, including freight. |
| VARIATION |
All facing bricks are made with one
face and one header unless otherwise specified. |
| COLOUR VARIATION |
Display wall panels are an
indication of colour and texture only. All batches may vary in
texture, composition, colour, glaze and other aspects. Due to these
variations, which are commonly found in fired clay products, the
manufacturer recommends that the purchaser take delivery of their
goods from one batch and blend the product – draw from a variety of
delivered packs – to avoid obvious colour contrasts. |
| SAMPLES |
Samples are given as an indication
of texture, composition, colour, glaze and quality. Goods supplied may
vary due to variations in natural materials. |
| PALLETS |
Pallets are the property
of Heritage Building Products. Empty pallets will be collected upon
request, providing the user has them stacked neatly and in an
accessible position. Unaccountable pallets will attract a fee of $25
per pallet. |
FORKLIFT SERVICES
|
Any work done by our forklift
(excluding direct unloading of our products from our minimum charge of
one hour. |
