Lansell Blend
Created without the use of
chemical or mineral treatments to add artificial character, the
character of the Regal Collection pressed brick is fired into the
brick. Fired at ferocious temperatures, as high as 1180°C,
variations in the firing cycle are used to produce the consistent
colours of the reds and creams to the spectrum of colours in the
pressed red-blue range. Some surface cracking, like character
lines on a face, is part of the charm of these outstanding
heritage style bricks.
Colour options available are
Red, Red-blue (also available as a tumbled finish) , Cream and
Somerset Drift (darker cream).
